Order Cancellation Policy

At Manak, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

No Cancellation After Order Placement  
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. We are unable to guarantee cancellations after the order is confirmed.

No Cancellation Once Shipped  
Orders that have been packed, processed, or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The Customer Responsibility  
Please review your order details carefully — including size, color, and shipping address — before completing your purchase. We create and ship items based strictly on the information provided at checkout.


Return policy 

We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund the return shipping charges as we don’t take any amount from the shipment costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at manakca2025@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 73 Alpaca Drive, M1J 2Z9, Scarborough, Canada. Once we receive the item, the cost of your item will be refunded.

As per our policy, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund the shipping charges as we don’t take any amount from the shipment costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot issue the refund if the item is worn or isn't in the same condition or damaged when it was sent to the customers.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
